Provide information about nearby tourist spots and transportation connections.
Answer questions and give directions .
Assist with inquiries regarding flight schedules, baggage, nursing rooms, restrooms, and other facilities.
Forward passengers' suggestions and contact service units.
Receive passenger feedback, handle lost and found information, and relay service requests.
Offer barrier-free services.
Provide wheelchair loans, priority passage, and escort services.
Return push carts to their corral.
Assist in organizing and directing passengers to the nearest trolley station.
