Flow of Departure Service for Disabled Passengers

  1. Disabled passengers arrive at the Airport
  2. Airlines personnel provide assistance with seat allocation and luggage consignment
  3. Ask disabled passengers whether they need special services during safety inspection or need a dedicated vehicle for reach the aircraft
  4. If service is required: assist disabled passengers through safety inspection, use a dedicated vehicle to provide boarding service, and board the aircraft
  5. If service is not required: board together with common passengers

Flow of Arrival Service for Disabled Passengers

  1. Aircraft arrives at heliport.
  2. Flight attendants ask disabled passengers whether special service is required.
  3. If service is required: after receiving notice for wheelchair service, use a dedicated vehicle to provide reception service, push the wheelchair, provide assistance in picking up luggage, and provide assistance in reaching a bus/taxi.
  4. If service is not required:passenger shall take the shuttle bus along with other passengers to the terminal.
