Check-in at counter or self-service kiosk
After completing online seat selection, passengers must exchange their boarding pass at the airport counter no later than 30 minutes before scheduled departure time. For electronic boarding passes, passengers must obtain the electronic boarding pass (QR CODE) on their mobile device between one day before departure and 60 minutes before scheduled departure, and must complete aviation security checks 30 minutes before scheduled departure. Late arrivals will result in seat cancellation, which will be released to standby passengers.
