1.Aircraft arrives at heliport.
2.Flight attendants ask disabled passengers whether special service is required.
3.If service is required: after receiving notice for wheelchair service, use a dedicated vehicle to
　provide reception service, push the wheelchair, provide assistance in picking up luggage,
　and provide assistance in reaching a bus/taxi.
4.If service is not required:passenger shall take the shuttle bus along with other passengers to
　 the terminal.
